Atar Games ("we", "us" or "our") operates the Poker Ladder mobile application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use Poker Ladder, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
Player profile. Poker Ladder does not require registration. When you first open the app, it creates an anonymous player identifier. If you choose a player name or an avatar, they are stored with that identifier and shown to other players on leaderboards and in PvP matches.
Gameplay data. Scores, game results, match history, streaks and ratings, so we can run PvP matches, leaderboards and your score history.
Technical data. IP address and basic request information, used to keep the Service secure and to prevent abuse.
We do not collect your email address, location, contacts, photos, or payment information, and we do not use advertising identifiers.
Poker Ladder is free. It has no in-app purchases, no virtual currency and no real-money gambling.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with advertisers. Your chosen name, avatar and scores are visible to other players. Information may be disclosed when required by law.
We keep your data for as long as your player profile exists. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time in the app: Settings, Delete Account. You may also contact us to request deletion.
Poker Ladder is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS).
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
